While we employ industry-standard techniques and high-quality biodegradable cleaning agents, we do not provide any express or implied warranties regarding the absolute removal of all stains, odors, or paint imperfections, as certain types of damage, including but not limited to deep-seated carpet stains, acid rain etching, and oxidized clear coats, may be permanent. We shall not be held liable for any perceived lack of improvement in a vehicle’s aesthetic condition if the underlying materials have reached a state of degradation where cleaning cannot safely yield a factory-new appearance.

Furthermore, ZCarWash Service expressly disclaims any liability for pre-existing damage to the vehicle that may become more visible or be exacerbated during the cleaning process. This includes, but is not limited to, oxidized or thinning paint that may flake under high-pressure water, pre-cracked windshields or windows, loose trim pieces, faulty door handles, or compromised electrical components. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to notify our technicians of any known mechanical defects, fragile aftermarket parts, or areas of the vehicle that require special handling prior to the commencement of service. Our liability for any physical damage allegedly caused by our equipment or personnel is strictly limited to instances of proven gross negligence, and in all cases, our total financial liability to any customer for any claim arising out of our services is capped at the total dollar amount paid by the customer for the specific service session in question.

Regarding the interior of the vehicle, ZCarWash Service is not responsible for the loss of, or damage to, any personal property, electronics, currency, or valuables left inside the cabin or trunk during the service. Customers are strongly encouraged to remove all items of value before handing over their keys, as our technicians must move through the interior quickly to perform thorough cleaning. Additionally, we are not liable for any mechanical or electronic failures that occur after service, including issues with sensors, cameras, or infotainment systems, unless it can be definitively proven that such failure was the direct result of improper chemical application or water intrusion caused by our staff. By using our website and booking our services in Virginia, you agree that this limitation of liability is a fundamental element of the agreement between you and ZCarWash Service, and that without such limitations, the services would not be provided at the current price points.
