Booking & Appointments

While we do our best to accommodate same-day requests, we highly recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred time slot, especially for our Premium and detailed packages.

Service times vary based on the package and vehicle condition. An Express Clean usually takes 30–45 minutes, while a Standard or Premium Clean can take anywhere from 1.5 to 3 hours

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Services & Pricing

The Standard Clean focuses on a thorough wash and interior vacuuming/conditioning. The Premium Clean adds high-end restorative services, including paint polishing, shine wax application, enhanced wheel detailing, and interior deodorizing.

We operate primarily from our professional facility in Chantilly, VA, to ensure a controlled environment for the best results. However, please contact us directly to inquire about specialized mobile detailing availability for fleet or multi-vehicle bookings.

Our base prices are categorized by vehicle size (Small Sedan, Pickup, SUV, or Minibus). Please note that vehicles with excessive mud, pet hair, or biohazards may incur an additional “extra-soil” surcharge.

Care & Safety

Yes. We use 100% biodegradable, non-toxic, and eco-friendly cleaning agents. Our interior conditioners and sanitizers are botanical-based and leave no harsh chemical residues.

Not at all. Our equipment is calibrated to professional safety standards. We use specialized HPLV (High-Pressure, Low-Volume) nozzles designed to lift dirt safely without harming the clear coat or sensitive trim.

Yes, please. To ensure our technicians can reach every corner of your interior, we ask that you remove all personal belongings, car seats, and valuables. We are not responsible for items left inside the vehicle.

Payments & Refunds

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, and secure digital payments.

We offer a Satisfaction Guarantee. We ask that you perform a final walk-around with our lead technician upon completion. If anything is missed, we will fix it on the spot. Because our service is labor-based, we do not offer cash refunds once the vehicle has left our facility.
