By booking any of our professional detailing packages, you agree to the standards of service and the protocols for satisfaction outlined in this comprehensive policy.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee is our personal commitment to you. We guarantee that every service performed will meet the high-quality benchmarks established for the specific package you have selected. Because automotive detailing is a manual, labor-intensive art form, we require a “Final Inspection Walk-Around” to be conducted between our Lead Technician and the customer immediately upon completion of the work. If you identify any area that does not meet the promised standard of your chosen package—such as missed debris, streaks, or incomplete conditioning—we will address and correct those specific areas on the spot at no additional cost to you. Once the Final Inspection is signed off or the vehicle departs our service area, the service is deemed accepted and completed to your total satisfaction.

Our Service Standards dictate that we use only premium, eco-friendly, and biodegradable cleaning agents specifically formulated for automotive surfaces. However, it is important to note that our services are restorative and maintenance-based, not transformative beyond the physical limits of the vehicle’s current state. We cannot guarantee the removal of permanent stains, deep scratches that have bypassed the clear coat, or odors that have permeated deep into the vehicle’s insulation or mechanical venting systems. Our technicians reserve the right to modify the cleaning approach if a particular surface appears too fragile or compromised to withstand standard detailing pressure or chemical application. In such cases, we prioritize the safety and structural integrity of your vehicle over aggressive cleaning results.

In the event that a service deficiency is discovered after the Final Inspection, we provide a 24-Hour Quality Window. If you notice a legitimate oversight that was not visible during the initial walk-around (such as a streak only visible in specific lighting), you must report it to our management team at Book@zcarwashservice.com within 24 hours of your appointment. At our sole discretion, we may invite you back for a complimentary “Touch-Up” session to resolve the specific issue. Please note that this policy does not cover new dirt, spills, or environmental exposure that occurs after the vehicle has been returned to your care. ZCarWash Service does not issue cash refunds for completed labor; our guarantee is strictly fulfilled through corrective service to ensure the job is done right.

To maintain a professional and safe environment for our staff and your vehicle, we require that all personal belongings, child car seats, and high-value electronics be removed prior to the start of the service. Our technicians are trained to clean around heavy items, but we cannot guarantee a thorough deep-clean of areas that are obstructed. Furthermore, for the safety of our team, we reserve the right to decline service or apply a “Biohazard Surcharge” for vehicles containing excessive mold, pest infestations, or hazardous bodily fluids.
